Purchase tickets for Wednesday, July 3rd for a culinary experience titled “Green Plants & SPAM,” a four-course dinner prepared by acclaimed Iowa chef Jessica Baldus. The dinner will feature locally-sourced ingredients with a vegetarian option. Part of the dinner will elevate SPAM as it is manufactured by Hormel a short distance from Art Farm Iowa. At one time the farm produced pigs sold to Hormel.

The artist YAI will be present at the dinner. YAI is the artist that created the Art Farm Iowa logo and the Art Farm Iowa t-shirt.

Social hour at 6 p.m., dinner served at 7 p.m. Limited to 30 reservations. $100 plus tax for four-course dinner with 2 drinks per ticket. Tickets are non-refundable.
