We can be nostalgic. This four-course dining experience prepared by acclaimed Iowa chef Jessica Baldus is inspired by dishes of yesteryear — the ones that Grandma made. Mark True’s exhibit “Still Standing” celebrates Iowa and what many of us recall growing up…county fairs, livestock on every farm, and grain elevators in every town. Iowa is changing, and Mark True examines this fact in his exhibit. Photographer Mark True will be in attendance.

Mark True grew up in the Midwest where he grew to love small towns and rural spaces. Mark uses the camera to find the undecorated, authentic structures, landscapes, and people to create the first lines of a story that the viewer gets to finish.

Social hour at 6 p.m., dinner served at 7 p.m. Limited to 30 reservations.
