The first “Art Farm to Fork” in 2023 SOLD OUT in a month. Limited to 100 guests. A four-course dinner will be prepared by Iowa chef Jessica Baldus with locally-sourced ingredients; Chef Baldus is owner of Taste, by Unc’s and Piggyback Smoke Shack in Osage, Iowa. Baldus is a passionate proponent and creator of delicious foods, prepared with love and local ingredients. She will develop the night’s menu as the date of the dinner nears, ensuring that the food is made from the freshest local ingredients.
This year’s “Art Farm to Fork” will be hosted with Waking Miss Winifred as a fundraiser. Waking Miss Winifred is a non-profit organization formed for the purpose of purchasing and renovating the historic Hotel Northwood, formerly known as the Winifred Hotel.
